"I got an email in my promotion box for AveryAutoMats and was in the market for new mats for my 1962 Corvette. I clicked on the link and was impressed with the look of the product, especially the hole for the dimmer switch. I ordered a sample of the Plush and received it a few days later. I called customer service for measurements to make sure of proper fit. I spoke with 'C' and she was extremely helpful and said she would get back to me via email. 'C' suggested I look at a sample of the Ultra Plush as it had a better non skid backing and a heavier nap and she said she would send the sample. A few days later I received the sample and measurements. I checked the measurements and they were right on the money, but I was concerned about the hole placement for the dimmer switch. I called and spoke to 'C' and asked for distance of hole from top and left side and she said she would get them right out to me, neither time I talked to her did I get the feeling I was an intrusion, what I got was it was important to me and she responded admirably. The hole measurements were exact. Today I ordered the set of Ultra Plush Mats and I'm sure I'll be very satisfied. Thank You 'C'. Excellent customer service, especially Cheyenne. Product looks good so far, good fit and feel. Haven't driven car yet, generator being rebuilt. Driving and no slippage will determine final recommendation, but so far so good."

The first time I didn't know about the types of carpet material that were offered, the difference between nylon and serge binding, and such. Also I was on the fence about embroidering.
