Since 1986, we’ve transformed the automotive carpet and all-weather floor mat industry through innovation, in our 300,000 square foot facility located in the “Carpet Capitol of the World,” Dalton, Georgia.

Avery Automats, a family-owned business has grown into one of the premier aftermarket automotive floor mat manufactures in the United States producing high quality carpeted mats with our exclusive Griplock nib backing which grips the mat to the interior carpet and locks it in place.

In addition to the diverse carpet line, we also offer wholesale pricing to dealer expeditors, retail all-weather mats, clear vinyl and promotional products.

Our facility offers embroidery, custom logo heel pads and screen printing.

Company timeline

1985 – Auto Mats purchased MatWorld

1986 – Auto Mats & Accessories began operation

2006 – Acquired Consolidated Rug Printers allowing us to offer the highest quality of screen printing in the business. 

2010 -  All Weather floor mat line added with purchase of injection molding equipment.  Also added post consumer recyclables.

2020 – Acquired Avery’s Floor Mats, a leading custom-fit carpeted floor mat business offering over 6,000 custom fit patterns for passenger cars and trucks, fleet vehicles, semi- trucks, golf carts and more.

2021 – Merged the name from our two great companies to form Avery Automats.
